| Medical Services: Each resident is free to
choose their own physician, and the facility contracts with a gerontologist as our Medical
Services Director. |

24 Hour Licensed Nursing Care: We staff around the clock,
licensed nurses trained in IV therapy, enteral nutrition, wound care, medication
administration, and a variety of other nursing skills. |
| Physical Therapy: Through identification and treatment, we
strive to restore normal movement / function while resolving issues of pain, weakness,
loss of motion or coordination. Additionally, individualized therapeutic exercise programs
and home instruction for patients and family members completes our physical therapy
services. |

| Occupational
Therapy: Services
to enrich individuals who have physical, emotional, or social restrictions requiring
specialized assistance are available. The goal of occupational therapy is to help
individuals to achieve the maximum in functional daily living skills and abilities.
Speech Therapy: Disorders including aphasia
(inability to speak), dysphasia (swallowing), speech and language impairment, oral-motor
dysfunctions, laryngectomy, Alzheimer's and hearing impairments are addressed by our
speech and language pathologists. Improving an individuals ability to communicate is our
ultimate concern.
Respiration Therapy: Our geriatric respiratory rehabilitation program offers many treatment
modalities to improve respiratory function. Modalities include: chest percussion, pulse
oximetry, suctioning, and medication nebulization.
Advanced Wound Management: We offer a progressive wound care system consisting of state -of-the-art
treatments utilizing electrical stimulation, short-wave diathermy and ultrasound
equipment. These techniques, coupled with advanced medical supplies and wound dressings,
provide the best wound care approach available. |

Food And Nutritional Services: Nutritionally balanced meals of freshly prepared food catered to personal
preferences, as well as therapeutic needs, highlights our dietary program. A registered /
licensed dietician visits our facility weekly. |
Individualized Plans of Care:
Our interdisciplinary, care plan team works together
with our residents and families to design and implement personalized approaches to
resident care. |
| Life Enhancement Department: Many opportunities for socializing are offered through hobbies, crafts,
games and off-site excursions. Special events acknowledging monthly birthday parties,
seasonal celebrations and local customs are enjoyed by all. |

| Professional
Social Services: Assistance in admissions, discharges, personal affairs or other areas
influencing individual or family needs is available. |
| Other Services
Available: In addition to our previously
mentioned capabilities, assistance is available for opthamology services, dental services,
and podiatry services. Medicare / Medicaid billing consultations are also available. |
